hello! how are we feeling out there?

i am so grateful to be back today with another meditation i had shared with a couple of sisters and felt inspired to share with you all.

it is a 14 minute body meditation inspired by the intention of responding to our own touch. creating a connection with ourselves and the ways in which we hold ourselves in our most precious moments can have a great impact on how we respond to things outside of us. i recommend this meditation whenever you feel anxious, disoriented, emotionally charged, or simply if you'd like to start your day or end your night returning home to your center.
